Meet Our Founder

Mr. Ahebwa Martin is the visionary founder and Director of Palm Hopes Foundation. His leadership is deeply rooted in a personal journey marked by resilience, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to social change. From an early age, Mr. Martin recognized the challenges faced by vulnerable communities in Uganda, and it was this awareness that ignited his lifelong passion for service and advocacy.

Driven by a strong belief in the power of education, community empowerment, and dignity for all, Mr. Martin began laying the groundwork for what would become the Palm Hopes Foundation. In 2019, he officially launched the organization with the mission to restore hope, expand opportunity, and transform lives—especially among the youth, children, and underserved families.

Under his strategic guidance, Palm Hopes Foundation has grown from just a seed to now a growing initiative, encompassing education, ICT empowerment, child safety awareness, youth mentorship, and media outreach through platforms such as Palm Hopes Foundation Online Radio and the Palm Hopes Foundation ICT YouTube Channel.

Mr. Martin’s leadership is marked by integrity, innovation, and a grassroots approach to development. He remains a source of inspiration to many, continually engaging stakeholders, mentoring young leaders, and forging partnerships that strengthen the Foundation’s impact.
